The Minnetonka, Minn.-based healty insurance giant, which owns UnitedHealthcarr ofNorth Carolina, plans to spenr tens of millions of dollarss on a partnership with , which has 4,500 employees in the Raleigh-Durhamk area. The plan is to build a nationwidse “telehealth” network using Cisco videko conferencing technology. The goal is to providee patients in rural and underserved urban areas with remotedoctor appointments.
