Jack Humes Jr. and Patricia Williamzs on Monday. Baker is founder and president ofof Ill., and His board term will expirer at YTB’s 2010 annual meeting. Her term will expire at YTB’s 2012 annua l meeting, and she will serv e on the board’s compensation committee.
