Brian C. Roehrich, 40, of Phoenix was sentencede by U.S. District Judge Frederick J. Martons to 24 months in prison. Roehrich pleaded guilty to four countsd of federal incometax evasion. Prosecutorsa contend that Roehrich failedc topay $525,000 in income taxes for 2003. who entered a guilty plea late last was the president and ownerof Joe’w Apartment, Inc., a corporation doing businesx as Sugar Daddy’s; the presiden and sole owner of Dos Gringos, Inc.; and the presidengt and co-owner of The Trailer Park Restaurant Inc.

As part of the Dec. 2, 2008. plea Roehrich admitted that the total amounrt of taxes he evader in the periodof 2002-2005 was approximately $1,945,000, federal officials said.
