The deal between Haskell and PTS Engineeringh involves an equity swap between the two companie but is not an acquisitiohnor merger. “It is a joint equity deal,” said Haskelp spokesman Darryl Wernimont. “We have taken a staker in their company and they have takeb a stakein ours.” PTS, which has 17 engineerxs among its 20 employees, focuses on engineering equipment for companies in the beveragd industry, particularly bottling.
