” Redevelopment of the 183,000-square-foot centerf will include a new facade, updated signaged and lighting, landscaping upgrades, expansiom of a Price Chopper supermarket that anchorsa the center andincreased pad-site availability alon 63rd Street. Tri-Land also hopex to announce a new anchor tenant soon forthe 37-year-oldx center. Tri-Land owns and manages more than 2.8 milliojn square feet of retail spaced inthe Midwest, Mid-Atlanticv and Southeast regions of the country. It specializes in acquiring and revitalizinh distressed and undervalued community centers rangingfrom 100,000o square feet to 750,000 squar feet.
